New: Accepting 3 designated Hong Kong payment tools

To provide better payment experience for Hong Kong users, and accepting Consumption Voucher for a much value shipping service,
starting from 01 Apr 2022, with cooperation of a Hong Kong based company,
we are accepting payment through 3 designated Hong Kong payment tools with HKD as transaction currency, for addressee located in Hong Kong.

Please contact Support centre for special arrangement if you live outside of Hong Kong and wish to use this service.

Designated Hong Kong payment tools:

1*. Octopus card (through Android/iPhone app only)
2*. Tap & Go
3. FPS transfer

* We accept both the balance and the Consumption Voucher inside the account of the payment tool.

Good for the following transactions:

・Shipping fees
・Mercari/Rakuma Proxy purchase service fees

Period:

From 01 Apr 2022, until the Consumption Voucher Scheme ended.

Exchange rate & charges:

Exchange rate is: 1 JPY = 0.0705 HKD (Exchange rate revised on 16th Apr 2023)
(The rate includes exchange fee, remittance charge and etc.)

Your payable amount is: [Grand total ] x [Exchange rate]

How to use:

Step 1: Inputting the shipping address, custom declaration and etc. as normal, and choose the payment method you would like to use at the payment method column. Then press “Place order” to send the order.
Step 2: Your order will be put on hold and we will send you the payment link after we processed it.
Step 3: We will notify you through email for the payment link or the FPS identifier (FPS id) of our account, after we processed your order.
Step 4: Check your email box for the payment information. Click the link enclosed to pay with the payment tool you chose (for Octopus card) / Click the link to download QR code used for payment (for Tap & Go) / make bank transfer to our FPS identifier (FPS id) through FPS.
Step 5: After we received the payment, “Payment received” will be shown on the Order details page. We will then continue to process your order as normal immediately.

Remarks:

1. In general, this service is only for user having shipping address located in Hong Kong and are qualified to use the designated payment tools.
   Users living overseas or having shipping address located outside of Hong Kong, but are qualified to use those designated payment tools and wish to use this service, should contact the support centre in order to make a special arrangement.
2. This service is only for users who has completed the identity confirmation process.
3. We will send the payment information to your email address after you submitted the form.
   You order would not be processed and shipped until the payment has been received.
   Also, the counting of storing period will continue until the payment has been settled.
4. In general, no payment due date would be set. However, we reserved the right to cancel orders having outstanding balance for a long period of time.
5. Mercari/Rakuma Proxy purchase service could also use this service.
6. This is service is provided by us and our Hong Kong partner.
   In general, all orders would be considered as user purchasing the shipping service from our Hong Kong partner, and the order is then made to us by our Hong Kong partner.
   All inquiries about the order and payment should be made through our support centre.
7. Our “Terms and Conditions” applies over this service.
8. No returns and cancel request will be entertained.
